Shmulik Ravid - Organizational Consultant

Shmulik's expertise includes coaching and consulting to large, complex organizations and start-up companies. Shmulik guides management teams in establishing sound strategic planning processes, implementing smooth management changes, assessing employees, developing leadership, and group training. Shmulik has more than 20 years of experience working with companies like Teva, Daxon and Coca-Cola, and served 6 years as Chief Organizational Consultant to the Israeli Air force where he managed a large group of consultants and carried out major organizational changes. Shmulik holds and MA degree in Sociology, majoring in Counseling and Organizational Development.
