Concretec develops a lightweight, small-size and affordable tool for quick measuring of water/cement ratio, consistency and strength of fresh or hardened (dry) concrete. The device can be used throughout the cement production process (from factory to construction site) and unlike existing technology, with which results are obtained only after several days, is capable of returning results within minutes. The technology is based on the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) effect, which is currently utilized in various medical and industrial fields.
