Project Summary
Metaphor develops a software tool for modeling. It is based on Model Driven Architecture (MDA) and UML and allows users to develop and maintain their own specific domain language.
The main advantages of Metaphor's system are:
• Metaphor Builder Suite (MBS) reduces risks, cost, and complexity of eBusiness application development, especially in large scale Information Technology (IT) projects;
• MBS allows an effective control of the application development life cycle.
• MBS enables and supports automatic model driven generation of reusable assets;
• MBS provides ready to use component based architecture and generic reusable components as predefined domain specific languages
